TERRAGON, with its focus on age-appropriate residential real estate in combination with attractive neighborhood developments, is also well positioned to structure and implement investments in the retail sector. For investors, adding retail real estate offers interesting opportunities for improving yields, as well as more intensive utilization of location potentials. This is also true for investments in other asset classes in addition to retail — for example, age-appropriate real estate with retail space on the ground floor.


TERRAGON’s interest in the retail asset class is directed primarily – but not exclusively – at revitalizing neighborhoods. TERRAGON’s competence in developing retail real estate has grown steadily over the years. It began with the project to develop the shopping center in Gosen in the middle of the 1990s. Since then, TERRAGON has been involved with projects that include retail space.
