Dr. Michael Held
Dr. Michael Held has more than 25 years’ experience as a project developer. He founded TERRAGON in 1995, and from 1999 onwards the company has specialized in the development and construction of senior living facilities.
In the intervening years, he has been responsible for the development of numerous senior living centers (including Sophiengarten and Sophienhaus Bethanien in Berlin, Bethanien-Lindenhof in Heidelberg, Haus Saalburg in Frankfurt am Main, Spandauer Burgwall in Berlin, and the Blumenhöfe Assisted Living and Nursing Care Home in Munich-Trudering).
Prior to founding TERRAGON, Dr. Michael Held served as an advisor to the Metro-Gruppe (MASSA, ASKO). With Held & Möllendorf GmbH he managed the eastward expansion of the Metro-Gruppe following German reunification. During this period, he was also involved in the development and construction of large-scale retail parks and industrial and commercial real estate.

In his current role, Jörg Gunne is responsible for project and finance management and controlling in three TERRAGON Group divisions. As Project Controller, he headed up the large Müggelpark Gosen project, which involved the successful development of a balanced mix of large and small retail, commercial and residential real estate on a 40-hectare conversion area. In addition, his expertise in project structuring, commercial project management and controlling has led to the effective development of a range of medium-sized and large-scale TERRAGON senior living projects.

Development and Finance
Alexander Hubbard-Ford, Immobilienökonom (ebs), has a 25-year real estate and capital market experience in management positions in Germany and abroad. His main areas of activity included set up and management of real estate funds, as well as sales and transaction management for market-leading property investment companies.
As Head of Corporate Development and Finance at Terragon AG, his focus will be on expanding the business and establishing partnerships or collaborations in regards to project financing and project exits.
Dipl.-Ing. Martin Linz has worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years, primarily in project management. Following his studies at Harvard University, he specialized in housing and urban development. As Managing Director of Terragon Projekt GmbH, he has been jointly responsible for project development together with Jonas Rabe since 2017. In his most recent roles with STOFANEL Investment AG, he served as a senior project manager and later as an authorized agent. Martin Linz has managed several high-quality, residential projects during the course of the FÜNF MORGEN Dahlem Urban Village development. Prior to this, he was project manager and authorized signatory at Sonoko GmbH, United Land Group, where he managed a number of projects, including the Am Mühlenberg development.
Jens-Uwe Kelka has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined TERRAGON in 1999. Since 2008, he has served as technical Managing Director for Construction and Project Management at TERRAGON.
Most recently, Jens-Uwe Kelka has been responsible for the construction of TERRAGON projects such as the PPP project for the police center in Anklam. In 2001, he shifted the focus of his activities to senior living and nursing care facilities. He oversees construction management for nearly every TERRAGON project, including the Sunrise Seniorendomizile and the large-scale Dörpfeldstraße 1 residential project. Prior to joining TERRAGON, Jens-Uwe Kelka spent five years as a site manager for MÜBAU. During this period, he oversaw the construction of a large number of residential and commercial buildings.
Dr. Annette Heilig
Sales and marketing
Dr. Annette Heilig has extensive real estate industry experience. She joined TERRAGON in 1999 and has been responsible for sales and marketing since 2013, with a primary focus on senior living.
Her responsibilities include, among others, managing sales and marketing activities, setting up project-specific sales operations, training existing sales teams, developing communication concepts and planning marketing budgets and cost controlling systems. In the early 1990s, Dr. Annette Heilig served as a regional office manager with AUFINA and Blumenauer, where she was responsible for marketing residential real estate. She subsequently served as an appraiser for the valuation of developed and undeveloped land.
